Welcome to Muddy Lion Pottery and the ceramic work of Ariel Kushner Haber. I hope you will enjoy this small portfolio of pieces lovingly created in my home studio in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
The intention behind my work is to bring warmth and reflection to everyday objects and activities through form, color and texture. I especially enjoy creating Jewish ritual objects. Exposing these pieces to the flame and ash of the wood-fire kiln creates a feeling of antiquity and sanctification. These pieces are meant to be shared and I hope that they can bring enjoyment to your every day and to your family celebrations.
